Refund policy

NVM Returns & Exchanges:
Items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit only. We are happy to accommodate exchanges within 14 days of purchase or within 14 days of delivery or pickup for online orders.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Cord styles, undergarments, and socks are final sale.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at nvmshops@gmail.com to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.
